Seed Storage
The seeds are kept alive longer when stored under controlled warehouse (+ / – 4 ° C), protecting them from fungi, bacteria, excess moisture, insects and other damage.
Seeds of some species can not be stored. SETRO maintains a stock of about 150 species under controlled warehouse. When seeds are not sown directly it is important to store them in a dry, dark place and protected from insects. The viability of some seeds decreases rapidly after removal from the cold room. That is mentioned in the boxes as a warning for care depending on the species.
